"I used this on my sneakers it..."
I used this on my sneakers it worked well. They looked cleaner and felt like they were taken care of, which made me happy because I really like those shoes. My only thing is the price feels a little high for what it is, so I had mixed feelings about buying it again.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy to move around in, and I found what I was looking for quickly. Checkout was smooth too, no issues there. My only small complaint is that a few product details could’ve been easier to notice, but overall it was a good experience.

"Doesnt clean as well as I hoped"
I tried it out on a pair of dirty shoes and it did an okay job, but it wasnt anything amazing. Some of the dirt came off, but there were still spots left behind that I had to scrub again. Its fine for light cleaning, just dont expect it to make shoes look brand new.

The package showed up looking clean and totally undamaged. Just from the way the box looked, I had a good gut feeling everything inside was going to be fine

I ordered my kit expecting to wait a bit, but it showed up way faster than I thought it would. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all, and I’m really grateful for the quick shipping. Super happy with the whole experience.

"Coffee stain gone. Finally."
I had this old coffee stain on my white sneakers that I thought was there forever. Nope. It actually came out after a bit of scrubbing, and now the shoes look so much better. Impressed.

"Help took way too long"
I do like the products, I really do. But the customer service was just slow. I emailed about an issue with my order and it took days before I got an actual response. And when they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t really solve much. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to get something fixed.

"Pretty good overall, with a small downside"
So... the brush has held up really well so far, which I’m happy about. The accessories are okay, but I do wish they felt a little sturdier.

"Works fine, but probably a little overpriced"
I tried the kit on a couple pairs of shoes and it did clean them up well, so I can’t really complain there. They definitely looked better afterward. That said, I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price. It’s a decent product, but I feel like you could probably find something cheaper that gets close to the same result
